Déjà Vu Bistro and Wine Bar is located at the Historic McCully House Inn downtown Jacksonville Oregon. In July 2011 Chef Bill Prahl purchased the restaurant space and reopened the restaurant which had been closed . As  the previous owner of Gogi’s Restaurant for nine years  Chef Prahl is once again offering elegant yet contemporary interpretations of regional cuisine with an ever changing menu inspired by the best of each season using techniques and ingredients that elevate simple ordinary dishes.

 

Surrounded by the Applegate Valley wine region, the Upper Rogue and the Bear Creek Boutique wineries we are proud to honor this fact by offering a wine list comprised of many local wines as well as a selection of wines of the Pacific Northwest, California and countries around the world.
